Colophone reads: "Typography by the Composing Room inc. The text has been set in 12 pt. Centaur, 7 pt. leaded, with 10 pt. Arrighi italics. The copy was composed on a typewriter and then scanned by a computerized optical character recognition device, utilizing a laser beam light source. The tapes from this device were then fed into another computer utilizing aesthetic software and driving an "on-line" photographic typesetter. Complete page negatives were then prepared for plate making. Lithography by Rae Publishing Co., Inc. on a 43x60-inch Miehle 2-color offset press. The paper, manufactured by Finch, Pruyn & Company, Inc., is Finch Textbook Offset, Laid Finish, Cream White and Finch Opaque, Smooth Finish, Bright White; both papers are Basis 70. Binding by A. Horowitz & Son/Bookbinders, with 10 point Skivertex black Wombati on backbone and Kingston Natural Finish black No. 3575 on sides. The end papers are Elepnant Hide No. 25. Illustrations are by Isadore Seltzer. Design is by Daniel Haberman."
