This was the "Ladies Auxiliary" of Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Engineermen that was formed in 1863. Radical labor leader Euguene Debs was national secretrary-treasurer of this union from 1880. He subsequently left the union to the form the United Railway Union.
This Lodge seemed to have been located near Dayton Ohio.
